The 71st House of Delegates District Democratic Nominating Committee will hold an unassembled caucus (firehouse primary) on January 21, 2017, between 10AM and 2PM at the Richmond Police Training Academy, 1202 W Graham Rd, Richmond, VA 23220, for the purpose of nominating a Democratic candidate for the February 7, 2017 Special Election for the 71st House of Delegates District Virginia General Assembly.
